Feature Request: a better organization of layers

when you have many many layers it can be a bit troublesome to find what you need. also, I guess most of us like to organize our projects in the best way possible. this is what I think could be a great improvement: COMPACT LAYERS: Similarly to the double click in a Source, the layer should be collapsible when I double click on it (not on its name for editing).
