The “mimoLive virtual camera” is no longer appearing on the return feed to the device that is connecting to our live zoom. I have selected the virtual camera in the zoom call but when I make the output destination “LIVE” (turn red not green) I get this message from the software.
In order to use the Virtual Camera you need to select the mimoLive device in a 3rd party application as a video source. Then the button will turn red to indicate that the Virtual Camera is connected.
Hi @boone Thanks for giving mimoLive a go. I’m sorry that the Virtual Camera isn’t working right away for you. From a point of view of MacOS, this is new technology and there are some challenges for making it work.
First, what version of mimoLive are you using?
If you go to mimoLive → Settings → Extensions, does it look like this?
Especially important is that the two bullets are green and the version of the Virtual Camera is 1.0.3
Please let me know what you get so we can continue from there.
