Hi guys, please can anyone help - I bought fotomagico 5 pro last night as I need to deliver a slideshow this morning to a client but I haven’t received any information overnight with a license key (I did receive the invoice saying I had paid but that’s it). I’ve searched on here for help but cannot find any (have checked spam folder) - has anyone any ideas at all? I’ve got 3 hours to deliver the slideshow argh… If I start making it on the demo version, while I’m waiting to hear from someone, will I be able to use it once I can access the pro version? Please help! Thanks so much
@salju I’m very sorry for the troubles. Currently, our license generator has a failure and we don’t know how long it will take to fix. In the meantime, you can purchase FotoMagico at the Mac App Store and we’ll refund your purchase via our website.
