I have never had this problem with mimoLive before but every time I select a layer to live, it flashes once to black before coming live. I can’t have this for my live production. Please help.
Its not happening when a layer is selected, but if I have another layer selected and turn a different layer live, it flashes to black before coming live.
This is also happening in the preview display not just in program output
Hi @graceghq A quick fix could be to add a multiview to your document and keep all sources “alive”.
This black frame could be caused by the source being initiated. When it is not live, the source is “turned off” and needs a bit of time to be activated when you turn it live. If this time is more than the time that’s left between you clicking “live” and the next frame being due, it will have an “empty” frame.
Adding a source to a multiview ensures that the sources stays active even if it is not live.
Can you please let me know if that workaround worked for you and what version you were using that didn’t have that problem and what version you’re using now with that problem?

I think this has solved it. I am about to go into my live show so I will report back if I have problems.
