Toggle Video in Fullscreen output

This may be a feature request because I can’t figure out how to do this: is there a way to change the Video source in the Fullscreen output layer via a shortcut or a remote control button during a show, instead of clicking the dropdown and selecting it? I would like to connect my video projector to my MBP and during the show have the projector switch from a video source to the program output, and back.

All I can think of is to create multiple Fullscreen output layers, and then create a remote button that turns one on and the other one off, etc.

Hi @undercrank I hope I understand your request correctly. There are various ways to do this:

• The “Video Switcher” layer has been designed specifically to switch between video sources. (https://mimolive.com/manual/5/en/topic/video-switcher)
• Instead of multiple Placer layers, you can use Layer Variants and select different video sources per variant. This is almost like the Video Switcher, but doesn’t have the “multiview” that allows you to switch by clicking on the image. (https://mimolive.com/manual/5/en/topic/layers-and-variants)
