Hi, how can I change the type of subscription from one I need to pay personally every month to an automatic one? 
Hi @Lucia, all the subscriptions should be auto-renewing. So let’s start troubleshooting by asking: What product are you subscribing to and is it on our FastSpring store or the Apple App Store?
