I would like to change the subscription to one year rather than 3, but I’m not finding a way to do this via the Fastspring platform. Appreciate assistance today, as due to renew on the 12th and just got the notice. Thank you,

Hi @MiniMattersEL The least complicated way is to cancel the current subscription and create a new one with 1 year run time. You can cancel the current subscription any time and the license will continue to run until the original term is up.
