I am using subtitles and text graphics. The new features on the slide effects are not worth having if I can apply effects to certain layers. because if i choose video, then the video scan lines are superimposed over the subtitles and text graphics. If i only use the video or film effects on certain slides in a project, it makes my text graphics completely inconsistent. I need to apply effects to layers, not the entire slide. HELP!!!
