Yes, you can easily do this with NDI.

I use the free vMix Desktop Capture for NDI https://www.vmix.com/ndi/, which sends the video from another desktop over NDI to mimoLive.

In mimoLive this can be easily selected as a video source and used in your production.

In my case I use it to send web pages from Chrome, and then I trim the window borders and menus off using mimoLive.
