rendering video with "motion blur", when?

I have this doubt:
is it usefull or useless (with long time for rendering) to use “motion blur” for export to QuickTime movie from a slideshow without pan and zoom and with transition “dissolve” only, during from 1.1 sec. to 1,5 sec.?

That depends on your requirements, just have it a try: Do one export with motion blur and one without.
