An elderly friend was very frustrated that she couldn’t create a custom video in fotomagico. I spent 2 hours trying to work out why - re-downloading the program, resetting all her file sizes and everything else I could think of. Finally I glimpsed a mention in Forum that encoded size needed to be a specific ratio. I changed it to 1920 X 1080. Everything worked perfectly!!

Can you please tell me what resolution you were trying to export before switching to 1920x1080?
