Please help connecting IP camera

Hello:

I have an IP camera working in 192.168.1.40, I can access through safari and selecting “view with safari navigator” I can view the image and move axis of camera.

The problem is that I add Axis IP Camera layer, and configure Server (I put the IP), user and password, but I can’t get any video.

Please, how I can view the image?.

Is it actually an AXIS IP camera? Not all models of AXIS IP cameras are supported. It might just be that the specific model is not supported. Unfortunately there is no list of supported cameras.
