When i saved the custom video and all other it write the export processes terminated unexpectedly. Please contact the support

What version of FotoMagico are you running?
I tried 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 and 4.4.7
Please use the most recent version 4.6.2 from http://www.boinx.com/download/ we had this issue in 4.4 and 4.5 in certain situations.
If this is the error you are seeing:
“Export Failed. The export process has terminated unexpectedly. Please contact technical support.”
… I can report I am getting the same error in v.4.6.2. I get this error when trying to export to any-and-all video formats (well, I can’t really test Vimeo and YouTube because I don’t have accounts).
Does it matter that my project was STARTED in an earlier version (then was edited and saved in v.4.6.2)?
Please open /Applications/Utilities/Console.app
click clear display
now re-try the export in FotoMagico and wait until it fails
After that please copy and paste the console output so we can take a look what happens

Wow! That did the trick. Using this version of FotoMagico (4.6.3) I was able to export (Share) both my simplified test slideshow - and also my fully tricked-out 12-13 minute project - as very nice looking movies (.m4v files) via the “iPad” option (1280 × 720).
I was also able to export my full project via the Custom Video option as a 1280 × 720 QuickTime movie (.mov) of about the same file size (830 MB), but which may look a tiny bit better than the .m4v file (833 MB).
