I created a slideshow including videos in mp4-format (1920x1080), however it is not possible to export it to any device, except for the standalone player.
I changed the settings to about every possible parameter, to no avail. In the preview the pictures (jpg) are displayed, the videos are shown black, and the video rendering does not start.
Any ideas?
Starting with FotoMagico 4.4 only certain video codec are supported anymore. This is because we had to adopt to new technology provided by the MacOS-X system. Usually FotoMagico will convert your video automatically into the right video codec for play back. Maybe you skipped this process and then FotoMagico isn’t able to playback your movie. I recommend to convert your movie to H264 or Apple Pro Res codec and then replace the movie in your FotoMagico project. Please let me know if this works for you.
