I’m writing to share a few feature requests that would significantly improve workflow, flexibility, and overall performance for live streaming and production within MimoLive. These enhancements would make a major difference, especially for creators running complex, multi-platform broadcasts.

1. Advanced Audio Mixer Panel

A more robust, professional-grade audio mixer is greatly needed. This should include:

  • Multi-channel control with clear routing visibility

  • Real-time level monitoring per source

  • Flexible bus/grouping options

2. Built-in Audio Processing Tools

It would be extremely valuable to have integrated audio processing directly within MimoLive, including:

  • EQ (parametric preferred)

  • Compressor (with both upward and downward compression options)

  • Limiter

  • Noise control tools

Additionally, support for third-party audio plugins (VST/AU) on input sources (such as microphones) would allow users to achieve studio-quality sound without external routing setups.

3. MIDI Mapping Support

Please consider enabling full MIDI integration so users can:

  • Map MIDI controllers to buttons, triggers, and actions

  • Control scenes, transitions, and audio parameters in real time

This would greatly enhance live production efficiency and hands-on control.

4. Dynamic Output Orientation (Landscape / Portrait Toggle)

In the Live Streaming output section, it would be highly beneficial to have the ability to:

  • Instantly switch between landscape and portrait orientations

  • Apply this change per destination (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Avoid needing separate documents for different aspect ratios

A simple toggle within the output settings would streamline workflows for multi-platform streaming.

These features would elevate MimoLive into an even more powerful and flexible live production environment, especially for creators working across multiple platforms with varying requirements.

Thank you for your continued development and support of the platform. I’m looking forward to seeing how MimoLive continues to grow.

Kind regards,

Judah Peters
