Mp4 video playback shuttering

I ask you an advice about using video contribution playback during live.
Whwn I use mp4 video it shutters.
I don’t know if is a performance issue or not.
Have you any suggestion about codec video for best results and to minimize cpu stress ?

Try to make the video have same resolution and frame rate as Mimolive document

Also best bet for video files is ProRes. Match both the frame rate and resolution to what your show is, so mimoLive isn’t working extra to re-convert anything. Event ProRes LT files are okay.
