MimoCall No Video

I can’t get phones to connect a video at all.
I got the link shared and one android will work and another won’t work.
I can’t get it to work on an iPad.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing quality issues.

    1.1. Are you connecting the mimoCall using our mimoLiveReporter app or just using your mobile browser?
    1.2. Have you tried to reconnect from in mimoLive (option under settings in mimoCall source “Reconnect to Partner”).

    2.1. It won’t work - Is it the same issue described above, no connection was made?

  3. “I can’t get it to work on an iPad.”
    3.1. I assume you were using your mobile browser?

There were no tutorials using MemoLive Reporter, the tutorials on the site only mentioned sending the link.
I tried reconnecting over and over again.

I ended up getting the guests to try to use the computer only.
