I just purchased Mimo and updated my system. I can only get to the launch screen of Mimo where I can select a template and Create a document. Then it starts to compile the request and crashes. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions? My software is 1 hour OLD. Not impressed with this at all.

I’m interested in any response to this… having same issue.
Was literally about to buy after trying the demo to get away from that other cast of wires, worked fine on a MacBook air I used, tried to put it on MacBook pro and simply won’t run. Crashes at same point.
Only difference is the MacBook Air is running MacOS Sierra, the crashing laptop is High Sierra.
Glad I haven’t bought… yet!

Not a 5K monitor, just a standard monitor that I use with the laptop in closed lid mode. I’ll give it a go later and see if that happens to have something to do with it
Macbook Pro is a Retina late 2013 model with the graphics card switching off.

You know, that’s sorted it!
In reality, I probably wouldn’t have it set up the way I have been testing it, so it wouldn’t be running closed lid. Just never thought that could be the issue.
When I plug back in the display as if I would to get an HDMI output, it runs fine. It just seems to be closed lid operation it’s not keen on.
