I have Lumens PTZ camera and I get the connected status on the PTZ optics control layer but I can’t drag camera or content. Is there something I am missing? I put in the IP address and my computer is on the same LAN. Please give me suggestions to resolve.
@tonerone Thanks for using mimoLive! The Lumens cameras are great, we just used them for recording presentations at the Codebeam conference.
The PTZOptics Layer is only for PTZOptics cameras.
If your Lumens cameras support NDI, you can use the NDI PTZ controls that are displayed in the Multiview.
