Lower thirds not activated

Hi, I’ve purchased all lower third pack (separately) I took advantage of the promo code.

I’ve now managed to import it to mimolive (or I’d like to think that I did) but whenever I select any, I’m still asked to provide a license.

The order confirmation does not contain any licensing information and its as follow:

Hi @Oliver_Boinx I’m having the same issue with a lower third I purchased. Fastspring keeps sending me new download links, and it seems to install, but it seems to still require a license key which I have not been sent. Thanks if you can help resolve and post what to do as I may purchase more in the future.
