Getting no video to BoinxTV 1.8.2 beta under Lion. Using FireWire connection from Canon XH A1. Used to work perfectly before upgrade to Lion. Audio is getting through to BoinxTV from the cam...

You probably have set you HX A1 to HDV, and the HDV component is missing in Lion. Please check that.

Hi Schlingel, thanks i forgot this. I set the cams to SD-Mode and everything is fine. I just have no HDV component in the Lion MacBook as i did not install FinalCut or Premiere Pro.

It is strange though that the system gives us audio. But that is likely the reason.
