Inogeni 4k UltraHD HDMI to USB3.0 support

Hi, I just bought this HDMI to USB 3.0 ( https://inogeni.com/4k-usb3-0/), I tried to input in 4K in mimolive and it just gave me the option of 1920*1080. Is there any way to enable the 4K input?

mimoLive is asking the macOS system about the capabilities a certain device has and use this for the menu options. The macOS system gets its information from the video USB driver. So my assumption is that some information get lost on the way from the device to mimoLive. Did you test the device with another software that proves that there is a 4k signal coming into the machine?

At what frame rate do you want to capture?

I saw the especification from the device and it need to input 4:2:9 format. on the mimolive software only let me input 4:2:2. Is there a way to enable it ?

YUY2 4:2:2 8-bit
NV12 4:2:0 12-bit
YV12 4:2:0 12-bit
I420 4:2:0 12-bit
4K formats can only be transferred into the 4:2:0 pixel formats
