When I move a file of say 100 pictures into the Fotomagico 4 storyboard, invariably the program will say it cannot view 6+/- slides “because I do not have permission”. When I follow its suggestion to go through finder into the file, I discover that the file is indeed locked, and I unlock it. However unlocking it does nothing, even if I close out of all programs and open again. And these slides have been treated identical to all others in both the camera and Lightroom. I have done nothing to “lock” them. Please help.
can you please prove screenshots of the error message and what files are locked so we can get a better understanding.
