How do I update an expired Beta?

Could clear direction be provided on where/how to update an expired version of BoinxTV/MimoLive? There’s no way to do it inside the expired app and the URL it references resolves at http://boinx.com/mimolive/beta with the statement “Download The Latest Beta
Currently no beta version available.”
