Hi, Oliver… everyone.
I am writing to you on behalf of my television station as we face a pivotal moment in our broadcasting operations. We have been long-time users of mimoLive and have witnessed its evolution into a robust and versatile software over the years. I personally value mimoLive for its innovative features, flexibility, and user-friendly design, which have consistently enhanced our productions. It is precisely this experience that drives my request for support in advocating for the continued use of mimoLive within our team.
Recently, some of the technical challenges we’ve encountered during broadcasts have been attributed to mimoLive, despite my efforts to demonstrate that these issues are not rooted in the software itself. I have consistently proven that mimoLive operates efficiently and that external factors are often at play when problems arise. Nonetheless, there is a growing push to replace mimoLive with vMix, as certain team members believe it may resolve our current hurdles.
To bolster my defense for mimoLive, I would greatly appreciate any insights, technical clarifications, or recommendations that could strengthen my case. We are on the verge of upgrading from a Studio license to a Broadcast license in the coming days, as my team believes this transition will unlock enhanced output functions. I am confident that with the right support and deeper understanding of mimoLive’s full capabilities, we can dispel any misconceptions and demonstrate that it remains the superior choice for our broadcasting needs.
Thank you for any assistance or guidance you can provide to reinforce my efforts in keeping mimoLive as an integral part of our broadcasting system.
Again, I appreciate any help. PS: We have a huge switcher working with 3 Mac minis at the same time… it is amazing.
