Help Request Troubleshooting mimoLive Crashes

Hello mimoLive team,

Tom from Children’s Creativity Museum in San Francisco here again. We’re still experiencing a number of crashes and hanging beach balls with mimoLive in our Music Studio exhibit. They mostly seem to involve either switching background placers before or during show recording, or while importing new images to use as the placers. I do have a couple crash logs that I can share with you. Previously you asked to start a private thread for troubleshooting. Please let me know if that’s what you would like to do. @Tomas It’s great to hear from you and I’m sorry about the crashes. I’ll contact you by email so you can send us the crash logs which will be a great help. I’ve also removed your email address from your post so you’re not exposed to scrapers who like to use such emails for unwanted purposes.
