Greyed out "remove folder"

I still cannot remove Images or Audio folders from my project as “Remove Folder” continues to be grey. My last communication with you said this should not be, but it is. I have tired every trick I can think of, but my 2.6.2 Fotomagico program will not allow me access to “Remove Folder.” is there anyone there who knows how to solve this.
