When running Software Update from inside FotoMagico v3.8.1 for the v3.8.7 file, I receive this error:
“An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later.”
A Web search reveals that other Boinx customers routinely have been experiencing this error same (since July at least). I’m running Mac OS X Lion v10.7.4. I find no mention of a cause or fix. Help!
Downloading and installing FotoMagico from the Web site Downloads page resolves this probl;em, but the Software Update function inside FotoMagico may be broken…
Al utilizar el FotoMágico Pro 3.8.5 se bloquea mi Mac. Tengo instalado OS X 10.8. Agradecería me indiquen que debo hacer.
I am also trying to update from 3.8.1 to 3.8.8 and I’m receiving the same error (and have been for quite some time)
I’m not able to follow the direct download option as the only option from the “Download” page is now for 4.0 and I can’t seem to find an “old versions” download link.
