Working with FotoMagico 5 and I cannot bring up or see a fade audio dialog on this version. It is not showing under Options>Audio (with music track selected). Can anyone please tell me where it’s hiding?

It’s “hiding” exactly where you described it 
There should be a Fadeout drop-down menu in the Audio section which gives you the option to change the Offset and the Duration. You should also be able to see a little yellow square at the top of the sound track (in the Timeline) and by moving that square to the left you can adjust the fade out start point. Do you not see any of that?
