Am trying to log into my Facebook account so that I could stream to my pages but every time I try to log in this is what I get “Success
SECURITY WARNING: Please treat the URL above as you would your password and do not share it with anyone. See the Facebook Help Centre for more information.”
What should I do?
won’t any one help me with this coz I have got a job in the coming week
@“Bulega James” I’m sorry you experience troubles logging into Facebook. I’ve never seen this error. Can you log out again, remove the access privileges for mimoLive from your Facebook page (facebook.com -> Settings -> Business Integrations) and log in again? Please make sure to select “Public” from the popup when Facebook asks you who should be allowed to see mimoLive posts. Does that help?
@“Bulega James” Can you please post a screenshot of the error you receive so I can do some research as to what might be going wrong?
I have the same problem
I’m getting the very same message
I followed the @“Oliver (Boinx)” instructions and get the same message at end the login process
@JMVBMW Thanks for posting the screenshots. Are you getting logged into Facebook or is the error message preventing the login?
Can you give me the link behind the “servicio de ayuda de Facebook”?
@JMVBMW Are you using 2 factor login?
@“Bulega James” Are you using 2 factor authentication, by chance?
Hi
No, the app didn’t log to facebook
No, I don not using the 2 factor login
Clicking “servicio de ayuda de Facebook” do nothing…
@JMVBMW I’m sorry about the frustration this is causing. This is quite baffling. I just tried to log out and in again on my machine and didn’t even see the “Success” page. It just logged in. Which version of mimoLive and which version of Mac OS are you using?
I’m using 4.1.1, El capitan 10.11.6
Tomorrow I’ll try another machine with Sierra
I suspect it might have to do with the Mac OS version. Can you let me know that, too, please?
Well, it is El Capitan Bug.
In Sierra, the Facebook log-in works flawless
@JMVBMW Thanks for letting us know. This means we will have to hope that Apple fixes the Safari Web View which we have to use to manage the login process. Can you use High Sierra?
