Facebook is not working now
It has stopped working and gives an error, in all the administrators of my page. This is happening. Someone help me?
This is the error:
The Facebook streaming service has encountered an error while fetching available stream destinations from the Facebook API. (Code 1: Please reduce the amount of data you’re asking for, then retry your request)

Hi @HechosEcuador Can you please try to remove the Facebook account in mimoLive Preferences and add it again? If that doesn’t work, the fallback is to use RTMP. (https://docs.mimo.live/docs/facebook-rtmp-fallback)

The RTMP fallback doesn’t work for comments.
It’s all a bit messy right now as Facebook is undergoing significant changes and the APIs and permissions model is revamped. We try to keep up.
Good Oliver. Thanks for your help. I tell you that I could place the comments by placing the id of the video within the Social media source in comments. Work a couple of hours then let it run. Hopefully facebook ends. Big Sur is also coming, on mac, I am testing the beta, it does not affect mimolive, but we must see that something can happen.
