I have exported my slide show to Roxio Toast and burned a CD. When playing the slide show from the DVD and reaching a place where I have inserted a video, the video does not play and only the first frame shows even though the music continues for the length of the video.
When previewing the show in fotomagico it works perfectly.
I have made other slide shows in the past and the videos have played OK. Any suggestions as to the cause?
Can you please check the version of FotoMagico you are using? we had this issue with some videos in FotoMagico version prior to 4.4.7 and “should” have fixed it.
I have found the answer by emailing Boinx, they advised me to download handbrake and convert my video files through that program This worked and my problem has been solved.
