delay to receive license

Hi all,

I just got version 4 (owned version 3). Very surprised at the fact that when buying/paying it says info will be sent in minutes, but once paid it takes ages to get any useful info. Info of sale is immediate, info of registration is immediate, but license key, wait, wait, wait, … I still have not got it! Do others have the same experience? Why can they not automate this as so many other companies do?

12 hours on … still no license!

I am sorry, we had a sever crash last night. I hope everything is back to normal now. However, I don’t have access to our database right now to check about your license status. Did you received it now?
