I opened a saved file of a 6.6 unfinished slideshow I have been working on. I could play back and view all the slides but I could not change or edit anything because all the menus were greyed out.

According to our records you were using a demo version of FotoMagico and have not yet selected a paid plan. This is consistent with the behaviour of the app which allows you to watch and play slideshows any time and requires a current subscription to create and edit slideshows.
