ok I think it works somehow…
but it’s not intuitive for me, I never used an automation layer and I don’t know how to use it…
I’m sure it’s a powerful tool, but it seems a bit complicated right now for me to adapt this concept to my project already developed.
I’m going live on saturday for a remote event and I don’t want to risk to break something 
I think I will try some quick workaround just with a “covering” layer which I will manually turn on and off quickly for the transition…
until this will be fixed

Good News: We fixed the start up phase for the slideshow source for the next release (5.10.1). Also: the background color was calculated wrong, so hopefully all your issues are gone with this.
