Hi @KKOweb I’m sorry about this. We do not yet know the cause, but if you keep relaunching mimoLive at the second or third try this will change. Also, before you do this, go to the mimoLive->Settings->Accounts and make sure that the “Olivier K.K.O WEB” is still authenticated with Zoom.

It seems to be a timing issue with the Zoom SDK.

Nothing happened. I completely uninstalled the new version and reinstalled but I still had the same problem.
I then had the idea of ​​removing the beta version installed on the same computer. I reinstalled the new version without updating. And then, surprise, everything works again.
It’s during the update that the bug occurs because I had the same problem on a second device. But when you start from a clean installation there is no problem. If this helps anyone…

Hi @KKOweb I’m glad to hear that it’s working now for you. But I’m not entirely sure how this is possible. Removing the beta versions shouldn’t remove anything that might be shared between the versions such as preferences or login credentials. Or did you use an app such as CleanMyMac to remove the betas? We need to investigate this further. I do have a Mac here with the same issue, so I hope we can find out what’s going on. Thanks for reporting your findings!
