Anyone have any creative suggestions for dealing with dropped or not yet connected mimocalls? Right now if a user drops or fails to connect at the appropriate time you either end up with either a transparent source or a frozen image of the user. I’ve currently taken to as quickly as possible “swapping” in a “placeholder” source but its not instantaneous. Any other creative ideas?
It would be great if the mimocall source itself would allow for a media or even just an image alternative that would automatically be swapped in if the user turns off their camera, connection is lost or connection has failed to establish. It would also make setting up complex layouts with mimocalls a lot easier!
