For those of us using subtitles or a lot of text graphics, the new features on the slide effects are not worth having if we can adjust by layer. because if i choose video, then the video scan lines are superimposed over the subtle and text. If i only use the video or film effects on certain slides, it makes my text graphics completely inconsistent. Suddenly there are video scan lines over the subtle, but not the previous or next page where i am not using the video effects. I need to apply effects to layers, not the entire slide. HELP!!!
I believe Peter is aware of the request and is working on incorporating that feature into future builds. Haven’t seen an update for a few weeks, so I’m hopefully expecting a good number of fixes when the latest one is released…should be soon, I suspect.
