As an experienced user of a different piece of software (Proshow Producer, runs on Windows only) I’ve turned to FotoMagico now. It doesn’t make sense to compare these completely different software programs. But I miss some elementary functions in FotoMagico:
- blur photos
- basic editing functions with photos (darken, lighten)
- outline text!!!
Besides, it is so complicated to edit lower layers or the lowest layer of a pile of stacked photo layers. The layer is invisible, so first you have to put it on top of the layers, resize it or whatever, and afterwards put it in its original position again. This is not user-friendly.
