There is 2 products Sonnet technology express card firewire

  • FireWire 800 Pro ExpressCard/34
    Professional 2-port FireWire 800 ExpressCard/34 card.
    or
  • FireWire/USB ExpressCard/34
    2-port FireWire 400 and 1-port USB 2.0 ExpressCard/34 card.

Which can be chosen for 2 camcorders canon hv-40 ?

both. they are both fine and will take one camera. take the cheaper one.
