just to be clear - does it record using the live view or at full resolution? It triggers the shutter so I hope it is full res!

Oh - and it works really well, just bought an EOS 650 and it has been great to have choices of lenses. If you get problems with flicker using Canon electronic aperture lenses then one solution is to use a converter (about £5) and use a different brand such as Nikon with manual apertures, or just use a Lensbaby - you don’t get more manual than putting little discs with holes on your lens…

Yes, we are capturing with the settings of your camera, we are not using the live view stream. However the captured image get scaled down to the dimensions of your iStopMotion project and get stored uncompressed in the project file.
