Support team response time

Dear Boinx team,

I sent a crash report to the support team last Thursday. Still no response, not even an acknowledgement. Is anyone there? Have you all gone on your summer holidays?

I’m sorry to say it, but Wirecast beckons.


what’s your issue? just sending a crash report isn’t going to solicit a response as those reports go to the dev team, not always the support team unless you submit a support ticket. if it was just a random crash & you haven’t been able to reproduce, move on about your work.
