Are there plans to support Eye-Fi as a source for iStopMotion. Maybe this is an easy way to extend the number of supported cameras.
Uwe, we are keeping an eye on Eye-fi.
Eye-fi is cool. It waits for the camera to write an image to it, grabs that image and transfers it to the host. The action is triggered by pressing the button on the camera and the image goes to a special Eye-fi app, so it does not fit into the workflow we currently have implemented in iStopMotion. Maybe sometime in the future.
any news about eye-fi since may? would be great with a similar workflow like stopmotionpro: “Directory Scan”
or even better with the iPad: using eye-fi as a remote connected camera!
