Student Broadcast: Audio and Video out of synch

Help! I’ve just started using Boinx TV for our school’s digital broadcasts. This morning, the audio and video were terribly out of synch while we were both recording and then again when we broadcast it online. What is the easiest way to try to synch the two?

We are converting our analog signal to digital via an ADVC110 converter, then going in to an iMac running 10.6.

There are two ways: either you are plugging your audio signal in one of the video cameras in order get the video synched with the audio into BoinxTV. Or you go into the preferences of BoinxTV and setup an delay for your audio input device that matches the delay you currently have.
