I believe that’s outside the scope of what FotoMagico was intended to do.
I’ve never created any slo-mo video using an HD cam, so I’m not versed in what application could help you do that, although I’m sure there are plenty out there (for both Mac and Windows). But I would guess you need to do that in a third-party app (at least NOT FotoMagico), and then import the resulting slo-mo video into FM afterwards.
