Screen Capture Stop Motion

Hi all

I’m wanting to make a stop motion movie of me designing something in InDesign. Therefore I need to be able to capture the screen while I’m working. I don’t want to have to keep hitting record every second of so as it will take ages and also compromise the actual design I’m working on!

Can this be done using iStopMotion? Just set it to record a portion of the screen that it captures at a set intervals without me having to think too much about it while I’m designing?

Also, can you specify the area of the screen you want to capture. For example, I want to capture the actual artwork rather than me opening menus etc on the desktop which may spoil the final video.

Can all of the above be done, using the software?

Thanks in advance

@Mark76 Thank you for your interest in iStopMotion.

Yes, all this can be done with iStopMotion. You can specify the region of the screen that should be captured and capture frames at a specified interval automatically.
