Overlay possible with FotoMagico 5.2?

Hi, I have to create a slideshow with integrated video. I want to make a overlay with transparent snowfall. The videos I find are all with black background and alpha channel. How is it possible to do this with FotoMagico or other software?

Did you manage to do this? I would use After Effects and bring it in without background.
