I have just opened an old presentation on my Macbook and wanted to look at some of my notes for a new presentation I am putting together on my desktop. However there is no scroll bar along the bottom to access individual slides in the middle of the show. Yet if I open the same show on my desktop I can see the scroll bar. How do I get the scroll bar to show on my Macbook?
If you have set OS X to default and use a trackpad instead of a mouse, OS X doesn’t display scrollbars anymore since 10.8. Either you simply scroll sideways on the trackpad or you open System Preferences > General and change “Show Scrollbars” to “Always”. After that, restart FotoMagico.
This doesn’t only affect FotoMagico but also any other native OS X app.
