I made some movies with 2.x with my old still camera. Tried to upgrade my iMac to a new OS so I could use live preview. Turned out my HD was going, so my new Mac arrived yesterday. Also bought a new camera. So this morning I installed my old version of iStopMotion, which is 2.xx and I’m getting this message:
“No live preview for selected device. Still Camera images sources like the selected input device, Canon EOS Rebel T3i, are not capable of providing a live video preview. You need to manually update the preview by pressing the preview button in the transport area.”
Will paying the $49.99 to upgrade solve the problem?
Thanks Achim.
So what does this mean: “You need to manually update the preview by pressing the preview button in the transport area.” I tried to search for “transport area” and came up with nothing.
