I am new to creating slide shows and purchased FotoMagico after researching available programs. I spent many hours working to create a show for my sons graduation party that is in 10 days. I have all of the slides in order (over 75), and added text and music. I opened FotoMagico the other day and my photos appear in the right hand column but the enlarged slide now only shows “Missing Image File” and the photo does not appear. I am frustrated and not sure if there is a solution to get my show back, if there is a customer service number to call (the one listed on this forum rang and no one ever picked up (855-264-6979) and if there is no way to save the show I spend days/weeks working on if I can get a refund for the program? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
